Very Good Condition
Crews is one of my favorite Japanese brands. The Crews Vintage Line is the pinnacle of the brand and LED models represent the cream of the Vintage Line crop. Handmade by a small team of luthiers using outstanding materials and a supreme attention to detail, a Crews LED guitar is on par with the best of the best.
I imported this guitar from Japan directly from the only store authorized to sell new Crews Vintage Line guitars.
Specs include:
- One-piece Honduras mahogany body
- Mahogany neck with Ebony fretboard and block inlays
- K&T Gold Tone pickups
The K&T pickups that were originally installed were professionally replaced with a set of K&T Gold Tones, an upgrade IMO. Gold Tones are wound to replicate PAF pickups from 1957 and are a perfect match for this all-mahogany guitar.
The neck is a very comfortable C shape with the following dimensions
- Width - 1.72" at the nut, 2.08" at the 12th fret
- Depth - 0.90" at the first fret, 0.99" at the 12th fret
Weight is 8.7 pounds.
Condition-wise I would describe it in very good condition. Frets have no visible wear. It plays very well up and down the neck with low action.
